Jipmer — regarding my jipmer 2018 exam payment

I have applied for jipmer pg exam 2018 and i have paid for it via net banking and the amount 1500 was paid for it and i even got a confirmation message regarding it from my bank but my jipmer profile is still showing the message that my payment has not been done. I have attached the photo of my payment confirmation with my complaint. Please look into it and complete my jipmer exam registration.

Dear Sir, I have successfully submited JIPMER PG 2018 application form, As I couldn't submit sponsored certificate at the time of form submission, I log in with my user id, but there is no option to upload scan copy of sponsored certificate. Pliz help me ASAP.
