Jipmer — scanned caste validity certificate instead of caste certificate

Respected sir,
I filled my application form on 13/3/2018. I have make a mistake to scan documents i. E cast certificate. I mistakally scanned my cast validity certificate. Is their any problem for my exam?
How can i cure this mistake. Can you please give me suggestion for my mistake or any correction option.
