Jipmer — transaction failed but amount deducted from account.

I filled the form on 21st of march and tried to pay using internet banking but after the amount got deducted the website stopped responding,
None of the customer service representative picked up the phone, so i am writing here.
Please resolve the matter as soon as possible, or return the money so that i can do the transaction again.
