Jipmer — unable to login candidate page & payment has been already made

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done the registration ID-108368 by filling all the details as required.
Also payment has been made twice, but has not been accepted. please find the attached screenshot for reference.
We are still unable to login as there is no candidate login page reflecting. And showing as "New registration Login".
As I see, Most of the candidates are facing the same issue relating both, login and payment. We are trying to reach the customer service but nobody is responding.
Please check with the issue on priority and provide us the solution ASAP.
