      To whomever it is concerned, my calls are getting dropped by the customer executive when I am calling on your contact number i.e. +91 [protected].
      I got my medicines today and have called 4 times and each time I was told that I will be contacted by the doctor within 1-2 hrs but received none. This is a complete case of negligence and should be investigated. Now my one day is wasted as I was told only to take medicines after taking a call with the doctor. Last when I called and asked the procedure to lodge a complaint, the customer care executive just directly hanged my call. Please take action against the customer care executive.
      The timestamp I called when the executive misbehaved is 8:09 pm IST. 12/07/2021

      Please resolve this and let me know you're doing the needful.

        I have ordered certain medicines from jiva ayurveda on 17th june 2021 and they have sent me wrong ones and when i tried to complain abt it to customer care they completely neglected my problem and tried to misguide me. Jiva used to be an excellent medical facility who cared for its patients, what happened ? My issue is you took my money, sent me wrong medicines, didnt acknowledge my complaint and on top of that your customer care executives were mentally torturing me while on call.

          I am taking jiva ayurvedic treatment since last 6 weeks, I changed the doctor in between, but their customer representatives are forcing me to take consultation with earlier doctor, thereby wasting my time and doctors time. If they can't arrange doctor as per customer satisfaction then how would customer trust them.
          Since a week my medicines are over and these customer care executive s are continuously connecting me to earlier doctor though I plead with them so much that I don't want that doctor, but these executives are not bothered

                Hi Team,

                Order #JON221975 was placed on May 5, 2021 and is currently Completed. How its showing completed I had ordered on 5th May and on same day its showing completed, Please find screenshot for same. I have called too many times to customer care they are saying there is technical error we are unable to check please call us later. I need refund or my order should be delivered.

                    I paid Rs.1162/- as asked by their Mayur Vihar -I branch on 14th of April. Next 2 days they have been giving excuses about sending the medicines . Even after 10 days they have neither provided the medicines nor returned the money. It looks this company has become fraud and cheating consumers

                      No 1 Fraud company

                      Jiva Ayurvedic is a big business conspiracy, the main purpose here is to sell medicines to the patients in large quantities for a long time. The main purpose of Jiva Ayurvedic is not to cure the patient quickly. If a patient needs one of the medicines two days after buying the complete medicine for one month, they say that no medicine can be sent from here for less than Rs.500. They blame the courier service, but the courier service has nothing...

                      They are charging extra money. Jiva medicines same medicine different times and different price. How come it is possible. They are fraud . They r not returning my money

                        I have bought jiva skin fit tablets from kandivali east ashok nagar branch on 15 march 2021. They have given me an almost expired product. Make sure that such events do not occur in the future.

                            I am regular customer of jiva many members of my family takes medicines from your company. But this time I am very disappointed my child is taking medicines since 3 months this time medicines are changed and syrup is so bitter that my child refused to take these medicines. Also I was not at all informed that medicines will be changed now. Doctor Premlata is not even changing my medicines.

                              Suffering from the disease (maybe)cervical and migraine headache. I consulted Jiva Ayurveda as a solution during this pandemic period.
                              My patient id is[protected]. It's been almost 2 months, I understand that Ayurveda takes time.
                              So the doctor told me that he is going to perform activities for my stomach, since the time I have started taking your medicines I have to go and poo Almost every 5 times.
                              I told him about my situation, he then changed my medicines and after that I have to go and poo every 7 time.
                              I have asked the doctor to call back no response has come and it's been 2 days, in case of such an emergency their is no response from your end.
                              Every time you place an order from jiva the medicines bill has to be more than 1k. And because of that, the doctor gave me the same medicines with 3 bottles, there was no need 3 of it, but he has to make the bill of 1k or more.
                              I don't want the extra 2 bottles and I want a refund of my 2 bottles, that medicine isn't suiting me.

                              You people act as if you have the solution to people's problem, but the truth is you don't know anything and your reputation is just a waste as you don't value people time and their health.

                                In each byte of chyawanprash it seems as if there is lot of sand particles in it. To confirm this we have mixed it with wter in a bowl and lot of sand particles got settled at the bottom of bowl.

                                      I payed for my consultation 7. August (Ordernr 137064) and got an consultation appointment the 10. August with dr. Rahul tyagi. He told me that he will priscribe some medicine for my daughter and that i should contact his assistant to pay for the medicine and have it sent to denmark. After trying to get in touch with his assistant for several hours and then succeeding, it dawned on me that i have several questions regarding the medication of my daughter and that i can actually get help for a chronic illness i myself have. So i asked if i could get another consultation. I was given an appointment and i tried to explain to the doctor that i have some questions about my daughter's medication but also a few questions about my own illness. The doctor said it costs $ 20 per consultation per day. Person. He ended the conversation and neither he nor his assistant will contact me again. So i never got asked about my daughter's medication and the medicine he has written for my daughter i can forget all about. I have paid for 20 dollars for 2 half hours and have only got one. I think it is a bad treatment of me as a customer and bad advice, because there are many types of autism and dr. Rahul never asked what type my daughter is.,. You can either return my money or give me a new consultation with an ayurvedic doctor who specializes in the field of autism. I understand that it costs 20 dollars for each consultation, and there is no reason why he should get angry at me because i asked a question!!!?? If he dident shot me out like this i would have bouth one more consultation for myself. But in stead i have to complain about the treatment i have received!!
