To ccpratap chauhan,
I am rajesh nautiyal.
My treatment is going on with dr. Shilpa patodia since 5 months.
Whenever i want to fix a discussion call with her through customer care, phone call/email/whatsapp no. The customer care team shows very poor and irritating response.
Many time they assure that you will get call withing 2~3 hours but there will be no any call in full day and also the following day. I am really so depressed with their careless response.
Similarly email response is also so much pathetic.
So its my deep regards to take an action towards this.

    Sir, i have used the jiva medicines 10 to 12 days due to symptoms of cough dosh and poor digestion as per jiva doctor on phone but unfortunately another dr. Of jiva ranchi told that medicine iscto be changed because u have pith dosh as per you symptoms... But sir after 10 days i was suffering stomach problem and acidity much more and i stopped medicine and informed dr. On phone... Again after some days dr. Called me and said start ur medicine... I again started but problem raised that is heavyness observed in lower side stomach and huge gas... Suffering same problem from last 25 days... Medicine price was 1694 rs.

    I have taken medicines from jiva ayurveda Malviya nagar new Delhi the cost of medicines was 2100, the cost is not a issue if the medicines were helpful in my uric acid problem.

      My self rukmani devi, r/o u-13, mig flat, prasad nagar, karol bagh, new delhi-110005 purchased medicine yesterday against the inv mentioned above for rs. 908/- payment made through rupay atm card no. [protected] of idbi bank. But the payment was debited two times from my account. It was immediately approached to your counter official about the double deductions but he has replied very casually that one payment rs 908/-will be reversed to my account. But this is still awaited & the credit is not ye received.
      Since the payment has been received two times by yourself & it can be concluded that this is owing to either machine fault or fraudulently collected double amount. You are now requested to immediately refund rs 908/- which you have already received in excess.

        Hi,

        Me and my hubby have visited today to faridabad clinic post call confirmation from your clinic. She confirmed me over call there is a one time registration fee of 150 rs and there is not additional cost to consult with doctor.
        I also asked this question to the person seated in the welcome desk. He told me that only 150 is the charge.
        I consult with doctor and my wife also and then at the time of billing i was charges around 5000 rs.
        I came back to home and when i checked my bill there is 1300 rs charged per person for one month consultation fee.
        This is ridiculous this is a hidden cost that you people have not disclosed. Is this the way you people cheat patients?
        Now i am feeling cheated and have no reason to trust you guys as you have not shown the clear picture and do not have any transparent policy related to charges.
        I will report this issue in social media for sure so that no one is getting trapped by you people.

          I went to jiva ayurvedic clinic yesterday in ahmedabad, met with doctor and he prescribed medicine, the bill amount is very high as inr 2551, for my health issue; i have paid it, ;later i have gone through th online reviews of that clicnic, i was disappointed as the reviews were too worst as people had side effects of the medicines, so i decided to return that medicine and make online order, so i requested them to refund my whole amount which i have paid one day earlier ; the next movement their reaction was ;they threatened me that if you want you can go anywhere with consumer and else; where you want to do; we are not going to do anything; even all medicines were as it is as i have received; i request you to consumer staff; please help me by providing my refund, even i am lucky to not having these medicines

            problem increased after taking jiva medicine

            I am polycystic ovary patient. My periods were regular but flow was less. I went to jiva clinic in patna where i met dr manmohan mishra. He gave me some medicine. I regularly took his medicine for 1 month. But after taking medicine for 1 month my periods completely stopped. It increased my problem. It been 2 months since i am waiting for my periods. I am very depressed n annoyed. I don't know what to do......

            Hi all,
            I started my treatment from jiva in jan, 2018 for vitiligo. Dr satyajit was treating me and gave me the assurance that 70% of it will cure and 30% would not spread. For faster results, dr satyajit did panchakarma which was very costly if i compare with other ayurvedic institutes. I was regular in taking medicines and visiting dr. Still all in vain.in may, 2018 it started spreading widely still the dr was reluctant in his treatment and had no future plans for the treatment. Then dr satyajit handed over the treatment to dr anuradha kumari.
            Dr anuradha told that she will treat it for 15 days and then will see the result. More than 15 days passed and i am calling the drs again and again, for which they are not responding, mails are not replied. Now dr anuradha replied me that she will refund the amount of 15 days medicine for which no refund has been done yet.
            Now i want to refund all the treatment cost done at jiva ayurveda, nhpc, faridabad-121003. Please help.

              I have booked the medicine on 22 aug 18 and made the payment online to jiva. My order no - 12906 dated 22 aug 18 still not full filled till date. After repetitive reminder jiva is not providing the complete detail about the mode of delivery of my medicine. As per their record, i have got the medicine according to their dispatch department but i have not got any medicine against my above order-12906.

              Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                My Treatment is going on with Dr. Naseen Sheikh, No Doubt she is VERY GOOD in consultation and medication both.

                But whenever i want to fix a discussion call with her through CUSTOMER CARE, phone call/email/whatsapp no. the CUSTOMER CARE team Shows very Poor and irritating response.
                MANY TIME they assure that you will get call withing 2~3 Hours but there will be no any call in full Day.
                Similarly email response also so much pathetic.
                Both email ids- [protected]@jiva.com and [protected]@jiva.com never respond.

                Jiva whatsapp service may be handle by Some ###. even after reading the message they don't respond.

                These all the shortcomings making this business just a nuisance.

                  The doctor named kumawat misbehaves when a patient tries to talk to her. She says she is very busy in attending other patients. While the customer care executive when contacted says doctor will call you within 1-2 hours and when again contacted after 7 hours, the executive says the doctor has called you but the doctor denies this and says she was busy attending other patient. One more surprising thing is that the doctor said at around 4.45 pm that there are 40 more patients to be contacted today and again says that her office time is till 4.30 pm only. This doctor is very rude. Detailed are recorded in my phone. Plz conduct an inquiry and take action against her. Also plz change my doctor.

                  They are worst in customer service also they spread misleading statement by telling "consult a doctor" over the phone. they are highly unprofessional also doctors available at different centers are not good enough

                    I am rahul thakur, and i am contact with your organization as a patient for last three years (Id: jmj000895). I visited on 11/06/2018 of kandivali clinic mumbai i have experienced a very poor quality of response from your representatives doctor because i have some digestive problem and also taken medicine for that from jiva for 1.5 years and more and now i request the doctor to process my appointment for dr. Pratap chauhan sir because my problem of digestion is not improve, so i request them and they directly told me dr pratap sir is busy you can not get the appointment for sir. And they totally ignore the patient i fill very angry and now i never recommend any one national or international to go jiva.

                      change of doctors

                      Dear sir,
                      My mom is suffering from severe depression and continuing her medicines from jiva for more than a year but the highest inconvenience we are suffering is the continuous change of doctors which is really really disappointing.
                      We had always admired and appreciated jiva but this has been disheartening that in a tenure of 1.5 yr approx. The doctors has been changed thrice. For my mom it's difficult to narrate each and...

                      Hi, my mother is suffering with thyroid, high blood pressure and cholostrol
                      She is taking regularly medicine from jiva ayurveda, ludhiana center from last two or two and half years.
                      Now she has some health issue so she decided to do thyroid test and cholostrol test as well and the results are shocking.
                      She is still have high tsh level and high cholostrol level. Before that she was ask doctor multiple times to take a test for mental satisfaction but doctor advises her dont need for test.

                        I trust you a reputed ayurveda company, and will sell good quality products to your customer..
                        But my recently purchased product from 1mg.com (Jiva ayurveda tablet box 120 tablets) and jiva shatawari tablets seems it does not have authentic ashwagandha and authentic shatawari... As i am old consumer of both medicines from patanjali...

                        Before i complain to medicine and ayurveda authorities and blog this on social media and allege jiva ayurveda for selling poor quality of ayurveda products,

                        I request your help to test and evaluate ayurvedic medicine boxes with me exchanging with authentic ashwagadha tablets and take action against 1mg, com

                        I strongly feel 1mg.com is spoiling your brand image by selling adulterated or fake ashwagandha, and before i complaint against jiva ayurveda across digital network of lakhs of people about poor quality and allege jiva for selling bad quality ayurvedic medicines.

                        I have done payment for medicines 3 days ago as said by the jiva executive. but after they received money they are not responding and not sending the medicines. they are not taking call and after 3 to 4 times calling they pick up and say that Mr. xxx will call but no one call. This seems to be a fraud case. please see to the matter.

                          I went for digestion issue and take advise from Jiva Ayurveda, they suggest some powder aushadi as well 4 teblets box, when ever I have taken tablet, I feel pain in my stomach. I called Jiva Ayurveda regarding useless tablets, but they did reply or response to my complain.

                            We had buys your expensive vitiligo product every month because of your doctors telling that your disease will be alright soon... But it is not like that beginning from the first month my mother vitiligo is spreading because of your medicine, when my mother asks about why it is spreading fast.. He was just telling to use their product it will alright sonn but doesn't after six month when it spread everywhere in body then they easily said that i think our medicine reacts you.. This is not a way to tell you are responsible for this. My mother was telling this from beginning but because of taking money they had done like... I will not forgave you, you have to make my mother alright or if you can't then give the money that i had spent to you...

                              I was charged rs 1000 as treatment charges at jiva clinic faridabad.in my bill. But ive never visited clinic. Only phone consultation was done with me and they charged me extra for courier and medicine besides rs 1000 as treatment charges. More than 1700 was charged for 15 days treatment. I was told doctor would call me after 10days but no one called.

                              I took medicine frm jiva of Rs 1700, but not even 1 percent improvement in my pain.it was the same as I had before starting the medicines. Also they changed my doctor without asking after I made complaint on this site for overcharging me.the medicines are very costly which they sent which they call it as prescription medicine.I think its not worth it.
                              I haven't yet got call from jiva customer service regarding my issue of been charged Rs 1000 as treatment charges besides 700 for medicine.
                              I did not get satisfactory response nor moneyback for wrongly charged fees.
                              Very very disappointed. Had not expected this from jiva.

                              I bought rs1800 medicine last month and to be honest it seems waste of time. My problems havent vanished in fact increased. I am not happy at all. I never should have trusted Jiva at all and wouldnt recommend to anyone. Itni sarri dawai tho dete ho ek bhi kam nahi kar raha hai ...very disappointed.

                                This is manish kumar, i bought your medicine for cough and sinus problem from ambala city and it costed me like 2000 for 15 days only but its not at all effective not even 0.000001% improvement i can see in fact i am getting worst only
                                When asked from the doctor she said it will take around 2 months to show effect hell so for two months i pay you around 8000 just to see if its effective or not.
                                Medicines that are available in 500-700 rs why you guys are charging 2000 rs for it. No matter what the treatment is your cost is like 2000 or more for 15 days or month. If we are buying that much costly products then why these products are not effective.

                                I am suffering from dhatu rog & taking medicine last one & half months from jiva. I m not feeling good 5%. Same feeling as earlier. Medicine is not effective or poor consultation.
                                Very unprofessional and rude with customers, specifically staff of sector 21 B.

                                  We buy your highly cost medicines for vitiligo treatment it does like poison for me it spreads like anything.. That cannot be tell you are only just telling. It has taken my full leg, i believe in your product that's why i trust you and buy that high price medical, what it does it doesn't work, and increase my problem more 😡😭😭how i am feeling now you can't think you all are fake, you had increase my problem alot, your medicines have lot of side effects, i am feeling like suicide..                                     My name is avi verma. My registered number is [protected]. My order number was - jn178449. I ordered arouse oil and ojas capsules and even got the email and confirmation call for the same. But due to stupid management i received the order for anti-hairfall combo. I kept calling and talking to customer care. They even accepted their mistake but they have not given the solution as of now. Now if i am trying to call all the number says are invalid. I am very disaapointed with the facilities and customer authority. I will have to file a case in consumer court if things remain the same and if jiva ayurveda wont respond now. I am sending the cofirmation email and the package details which are completely different
