J&k Bank Harai Kupwara — cut extra amount

Sir i am by a car and credit rs =430000/ after one month branch credits amount rs=10000/my saving account 7500 instalment and 2500/ extra.My SMS alert me 10000 debit to car loan.But after 3 days I am verify in Branch who are tell me rs= 5100 / is cut your SB account for insurance policy .
Now I am shocked
I am not informed what is the insurance conditions.where is insurance documents eye.
Please verify the matter.
