J&k Bank Sainik School Manasbal — Complaint against jkbank branch Sainik school Manasbal regarding disbursement against PMEGP sponsored case.

Dear Sir.
I Mukhtar Ahmad Bhat want to pay your kind attention to the fact that I have applied for PMEGP loan scheme. The case has been sanctioned by the concerned agency and forward that to the concerned bank which I have mentioned namely Sainik school Manasbal, while applying for it.
I did all the formalities according to the rules and regulations that have been framed by the bank authorities. I submitted all the bills and documents to the incharge officer and he said we will disburse you the amount after signing the file by Manager.
Next day I approached to the bank again and went to the official concerned for disbursement, he told me that u are getting 35% subsidy what we will get, You need to opt a life insurance policy then we will disburse the amount. I said is it mandatory he replied no, the I said I don't want to opt this policy. He called his peon and told him cancel all previous bills of mine and bring new GST bills then we ll disburse the amount.
So I request your good authorities please solve this case as soon as possible and take immediate and hard action against the branch manager.
