Sir we are Receiving monthly bill as per old pattern i.e Printed Receipt (Ordinary) instead of digitally printed receipt as assured in the beginning of installation of set top box since last 7 months.

i registered complaint of set up box not working properly from past 2 days but no one has come to check it or to see whats the problem is so kindly do something about it, it is not the first time of their poor services they used to it
