I am complaining against the cable operator in my area I've been calling him from 15 days he either doesn't pick the call. I'm not having cable from Many days now. And he doesn't care at all and that madam who is working at greater kailash office either not responding to my queries and not picking calls. I request either you change the operator or take a struck action against him and her. this is not the way to deal with customers, so why we are wasting our money for nothing???

    Hazratbal cable network is charging 250 rupees per month with no channels only two or three are operative that too with bad signal whenever we complaint for such things they deal with rude behaviour .
    Hope you will look into the matter and do the need full .

      Why I have been charged with activation charges once I resumed my services, this is not acceptable.
      I stopped my Service because I was not present at my home once I came back I had to pay the fees and activation charges the activation charges for sish tv is 20 rupees and I paid 200 rupees for my activation of services.
      Kindly look into this matter and try to reduce the activation charges for customers.

        Myself Bachan Lal R/o Marhol Arnia Jammu.
        The operator came there as the cable is not working. He said the setup box is at fault. He taken the setup box. Even after a month we has not received setup box. Service is not available till date. Kindly do the needful.

          I am complaining against the cable operator in my area I've been calling him from 25 days he either doesn't pick the call or he lies that he's coming in few hours. I'm not having cable from 25 days now. And he doesn't care at all. I request either you change the operator or take a struck action against him.

            Cable service is so bad here, it doesnt matter if weather is bad or good, maximum important channels from sony network to andtv or stargold, zee network, all then channels stop working and i complained so many time to cable operator here in ramnagar bt he is so irresponsible, he never solved any of my problem, why i am paying monthly for bad servicing? Solve my problem, i am wasting my hard earned money on your stupid cable network

              Cable network has not digitalised yet.
              Workmen here are very lazy.
              Cable works only 4days properly in a week.
              We are still being charged with monthly rents of 200.
              Smart cards are of no use.
              And cable network doesn't work without electricity..

                  The cable operator in kulgam kashmir is not providing hd channels as HD set top boxes were sold to us at higher rates n not maintaining the other channel network as well as same operator is installing Airtel, BSNL cable networks in the area wid Sm different name thereby customers suffer of his devil attitude towards his work. Please intermean to save ur bussiness n our sufferings!

                    Complaint against cable TV operator Buchpora Soura Srinagar Kashmir. the cable TV operator who is not doing his duty honestly as I request for cable December 2020 but since that to present day he is giving me only dates for connection and not come on particular date I have also proof of that on call recordings When we contact him sometime he first picked up phone and sometimes he not receive my call when we ask about problem than he will give a dates for connection.I am confused to understanding that how many times in a week I request him .they failed to provide the service.Please take strong action against him or change the operator.When i visited his office he was not present there and .Please suggest me what to do such cable operator as i am fedup with him.

                        I am resident o[censored]dhampur district in jammu and kashmir. Three month before i take a local tv cable network namely jk cable network. Who assure to give paid channels in their cable but after some days they provide free channels. And after complaining them regarding this... They dont answer properly.. We have a major issue every household having same issue.. They are doing big fraud with innocent citizens.. Please do kind action in public favor..

                          It is submited that friends cable operator in our area i. E, gandabal batwara provides poor quality of services to its users.. Since we pay rs.200 monthly fee but we are being provided poor quality of service. I have informed the concerned operator regarding the same but he does not bothers about the customers rather only bothers about monthly fees.. Operator is causing inconvenience to its customers in this pandemic... It is as such requested kindly look into the matter and provide justice to the customers...

                            From when new modems are installed i m facing lots of problem like when light going off then my cable didn't work in inverter connection, nd when when i watch any channel may b it's frequency prblm automatically that channel dispear nd when i search the channel in auto search i can't find it this ol hpn frm when new modems are installed (Gospell).
                            At that the m facing worst service.

                              Sir I am Hostel warden of Govt. Polytechnic for women jammu. I have cable connection of ganesh cables Shaktinagar jammu in my home due to me my campus people also taken connection from him also the hostel students are also taken connection from him but from last two years he is not running his cable properly especially during may June and July months and given several excuses and also several time he is not receiving his phone when we call him he never come due to no signal the campus people, my own kids and hostel students complaining me that change this connection but he is not cutting his also now the limit is crossed So I am complaining against him also we are paying 6 months advance payment to him but after receiving payment he is not repairing his connection so I request you please make quick and strict action against him

                                In Methan Chanapora Srinagar Kashmir are the cable operator who is not doing his duty honestly as the digital cable is off and on at "no signal" mode.When we contact him he first picked up phone and when we ask about problem then he switched off the mobile and when we call his assistant he always said that it is backend problem.I am confused to understanding that how many times in a week is from backend problem as they told us during installing that it is digital cable.We pay at the promised time but they failed to provide the service.Please take strong action against him or change the operator.When i visited his office he used harsh language and always told that i do not care about law.Please suggest me what to do such cable operator as i am fedup with him.

                                  I was asking for connecting of cable to the cable operator in Jammu (Janipur colony)
                                  But he was continuesly telling me for the non availability of set top box from 1.5 months. Why u people not provides set top box to them so that they can give connections to people.
                                  This is really very bad services of yours or can say harassing your customes for the services.

                                  When will set top box will be available???

                                        Sir we are Receiving monthly bill as per old pattern i.e Printed Receipt (Ordinary) instead of digitally printed receipt as assured in the beginning of installation of set top box since last 7 months.
