Jk Shah Classes — Unethical behaviour

This is about south end circle [bengaluru] branch, the administration staff [hema]. I had visited jk shah with my father to enquire about ca inter nov 2023 batch. During visit she made me feel like all the classes are perfect and when i asked about individual subject fee she mentioned some amout, overall fee for both subjects are 60k in which 30k has to be paid during admission and remaining within 45 days. I paid 30k and started attending classes. The 1st class for regular batch was only from 4th chapter since 1st 3 chapters have been completed for early bird. The primary importance will be for early bird batch itself and we regular batch will not even be thought basics and they will continue from middle of syllabus from early bird batch without taking introduction classes. But the main problem is with teaching only few subjects were good at jk shah and if we attend online they will remove u from the classes as u did not on video and not entered student id. How can they expect a student to switch on video for 5-6 hours of class?

My 2nd installment was due but i wasn't willing to pay as i was not understanding anything.
Then i contacted staff hema and told i cannot understand anything and i did not attend any of the classes except for 2 subjects and as i did not avail your services for remaining subjects.
I asked her to adjust my money for those 2 subjects untill november batch end [i did not even ask for refund]
But her Behaviour was damn too rude telling ohhhh when did i tell u about individual subject, ohhhhh don't give fake information, ohhh u did not avail service means it's your fault we are giving classes and all such things.

Now my 30k got wasted except for understanding 2 subjects in that 1 subject is 30% syllabus completed and she told i[censored] need that remaining 70% u have to pay 30k.

I request to either get my money adjusted on taxation subject until end or get my money refunded for subjects not availed services

I hope there comes a law for students to get refunded for not understanding subjects and not availing services
