Jk Tyre & Industries — regarding dealers and jk tyre marketing officers behavior

Dear sir
I am Giriraj Trade Link from Nagpur, Maharastra.I am also Sales Promoter Of J K Lakshmi Cement for Nagpur region.and transporter of J K Lakshmi Cement.and with J K group from last four years.I had purchase Tyre of 8*25*20 from M/s Thakkar Traders.After seven months Tyre take air and one Tyre has cut.l place this tyre to Thakkar and company for claim. From where i had purchased.He gave me receiving copy also but after one and half year passed he never gave me claim and talk arrogantly .After his such type of behavior I approach to J K Tyre company officer.but behaviour of officer is also towards dealer and he nothing cooperative in any manner to us.so i would like to tell customer care to look into matter and if possible I am also here mention my mobile no .[protected]
