Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased Maruti Wagnor Car in July, 2016. After some time, one tyre belt got broke. In march, 20 when I go to shop to change it, I request your dealer to replace it but your dealer denied. They give me excuse that the tyre come with Car not under warranty/guarantee.
this specific reason was not understandable, please resolve my issue. I need to replace that tyre from company end as to break the belt is technical issue and its company production fault not customer fault,
please revert over it. I am your loyal customer. is it your policy to make your customer loyal further ? management are requested to see this on top most priority, its create your company image in the market among your customer Was this information helpful? |
