Jk Tyre & Industries — Tyre cracked in side wall. No dealer can change

I am using a Maruti Ertiga ZXI from 2017. One Tyre has changed when its damaged at 2018 and Replaced new one with warranty. A Crack on sidewall of the tyre Its expanding day by day.

Dealer said, only possible to replace once its burst.
I said, Let you know once its burst and walk away from the senseless dealer's place

Herewith I have enclosed the photo of Tyre and Bill
Please help me to change this.
