Jk Tyre & Industries — tyre gets air in surface

I have replaced my spare wheel to one rear tyre just before 4 months, nut that tyre gets air entrapped in surface, when i consulted maruti srvice center, they inform to go to jk tyre authorized dealer in ahmedabad.
When i show this tyre to authorized service center, they answered "this is not air, this is just design fault in rim. This is not manufacturing problem this is tyre fault by pressure or more air filling."
They answered very rudely and just like they intensely dont want to replace the tyre with only 4 months used.
Very disappointing experience,
Please friend never buy jk tyre.
