Jk Tyre & Industries — tyre not replaced under unconditional warranty

Sir i purchased 2jk brute lt tyres on the 18 of august 2018 from satnam traders gorakhpur under 3years unconditional warranty. After a week i saw there was a crack line on the tyre which opened, when i took the tyre for replacement the dealer refused me saying that the unconditional warranty has been finished and it will not be replaced so please help me to get my tyre replaced
