JNTU, Hyderabad — OD application status

HI,

I have applied for B.Tech 2013 (passed out) OD through SBH Chalana but I have not yet received my OD. I made payment on august 7th 2015.my SBH Chalana REF.NO-- [protected].
my Hall Ticket No : 09u01a1220

I have not recieved tiil now "march 2017"

There is no link provided on website to check the status.
I am unable to find status of my application on jntuh site and no other medium as well, but amount has been transferred to JNTU HYD.
Can anyone help me on this please.

I have applied for my OD on 26th-May-2017 through http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/onlineconvocationservices.
But till now I didn't receive my OD, I need it as soon as possible because my Canadian visa application status is on hold due to non-availability of my OD.
I request you to send me the OD as soon as possible.

I have applied for M pharmacy[protected] Pre-convocation OD through online mode at Convocation Registration Portal http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/convocationon and paid 612 Rs through online mode through debit card on March 16, 2017 my Hall Ticket No: 14GQ1S0116, TRANSACTION ID : 2389312, MAIL ID: muzakkir.ali.[protected]@gmail.com.

I have uploaded the required scan documents through online url, photo, Mark memo and provisional certificate. I want to know when i will get my OD certificate. kindly please let me know the status as soon as possible so that I will proceed further.

Applied on March 16, 2017. Almost 3 months will be over. Please help me out.

Please do the needful because it was almost 3 months, but still there is no status when I will get my OD. Online payment is also done and submitted everything.

I need to submit ODfor my visa application in 1 week and I applied for OD today. When enquired, I got the info. like, I can receive the OD through post in 10 days.
Its very urgent for me, could anyone tell me if there is any other approach, to get my OD in 2 days to 1 week max.
