I am writing this with utmost urgency as I am unable to apply for the Original Degree (OD) through the official website https://jntuksdc.co.in. Every time I try to access the portal, I encounter a “HTTP ERROR 500 – This page isn’t working, ” which has persisted for the past few days.
I currently cannot travel to Kakinada, and I urgently require my OD certificate for a job opportunity. I have already collected my Provisional Certificate (PC) and am ready to upload or send all required documents and pay the necessary fees (including any applicable late fees).
I kindly request your support to:
Accept my application manually via email or another alternative method.
Allow me to pay the required fee via bank transfer or DD if online payment is not possible.
Dispatch the OD to my address by post or courier at the earliest.
