iam trying to proceed my od but shows invalid mail id.
I registered with my mail id while login to login page it shows its mail id.

I created an account in JNTUK exam portal (https://www.jntukexams.net/online1/login.php) to apply for OD (Original Degree) and completed my payment. I am unable to login to the website to complete the procedure for OD application. There is an error 'Invalid Credentials'. When I tried selecting 'forget password', there is an error displaying 'there is no data available with this email-id'

This is Rachana Atmuri bearing the roll number 15501A0505. I am unable to login for applying the OD. I tried resetting the password by clicking the forget password but its throwing an error
"Mail-ID Not Valid.. Please Contact at [protected] / 940 / 941" .
I tried registering again with another email but getting an error message that the hall ticket is registered with another email. I tried contacting the above mentioned number but no one picking up the call.

Could you please help me with this issue or at least please mention the possible ways for applying the od.

Hi I'm not able to register into JNTU Kakinada website for applying OD
I am a B.Tech 2014 passed out with my hall ticket number 10K11A0595.
However when i try to register for the first time it says the hallticket number is already registered to someother mail id. Could you please resolve this issue....

My OD was printed on 30th dec 2021, i can see this info in jntuk portal. but still i didnt get mt OD through courier. i tried to call the university many times but they are not responding calls. kindly look into this and give me needful suggestion.

Portal isn't working properly. It has many bugs. Neither able to reset the password not login as new user.
