Jntuk — Issue with jntuk application page - http error 500

I am trying to register myself on the JNTUK application portal, but unfortunately, I am encountering an issue. Whenever I attempt to access the registration page, I receive the following error message:
HTTP ERROR 500
This issue is preventing me from completing the registration process. I have tried accessing the page from different devices and browsers, but the problem persists.
