Hi,
With reference to the subject, i want to apply for refund for the above order (Payment ID:[protected], your executive Mr.Pretam Gautam send the link to me for payment and he confirmed me that need to pay only DHS 300 then he will proceed for interviews within two weeks, I confirmed several times that i need to pay only DHS 300 to have this service and followed his instructions and complete the payment procedure. After that payment only he told me that i have to purchase another two options which is cost around INR 10, 500 then only this service activation will complete. So i have shocked and completely disappointed about his words and your company.
So immediately i called your customer care number and i asked refund procedure and i did through your website contact us query form. After he called and he forced me to pay another INR 10500 then only i can apply for refund and he said that company no have any refund policy which is totally ridiculous and completely disappointed me.
So now i don't want to have any services just because of him and his words, even i could pay the whole amount if he had informed me prior to starting the process. but he didn't and i hope he didn't know or following the terms and policies that what your company taught him and please advice them to explain the whole process and incorporated payments at earlier to avoid loss of candidates like me.
I am requesting you to process my refund as per your refund policy as soon as possible and i am expecting a very favor reply and action from your side.
(Note: I hope your company's reputation is getting affected by these kind of persons and by his own words)
