Dear sir,

A representative from jobishh.com approached me and he contacted me before like more than 15 times and on 14th he said he have the urgent client requirement who is looking for professional like me and my resume is very well suited for the client and i had been shortlisted for skype interview. After the skype interview i will be getting a job. First time he called me and asked me to make a payment for a service and after the service i requested a job description but he failed to provide that and he wants add another service to reveal the job description and client information. I said to him i will take legal action if you failed to provide the details of client information after buying the service. After paying 51, 700 rs they haven't provided the details of jd and client information. Within 24 hours of this service i request the cancellation. After the several phone calls and email, they sent me a refund request form. I did as per the procedure after receiving that form they haven't provided any reference number, however i got an email saying your refund is in process, after 15 days passed to whomever i am sending an email i am getting bounced back email as a return as failing to response to my several email. Only call they made at that time i was busy, after 20 days a guy called and he said he is from recruitment department, in order to get my refund i have to pay another 10, 000 rs as service charge, i asked what is the percent of service charge he replied no you pay just 10, 000 rs amount that's enough.
