Jobishh.com — payment collected and nothing done - need to return my money

Dear sir,
I am getting call from a lady named priyanka today and asking me to provide my debit card details to refund the payment jobishh collected last year for job.
They collected the money and nothing done as they promised. Now this lady saying she will return the payment back but need all my card details. When i refuse to give my expiry date of my card she drop the call. I have her mobile number with me. I think this is an another cheating technic from their side? Expecting your advice.
