[Resolved] Jobishh.com — Refund after initial cancellation of services | |||||
Hello, 20 Aug 2016, I received a call from an executive of Jobishh about few job offers in middle east. They later asked to pay fees for their services to highlight my profile and assist me in the interview with regards to the same. They asked me to pay me fees in multiple installments highlighting one service after another. After making the payment and pondering over the entire process I decided to cancel their services the same day even before the same had been initiated. As per the refund policy on their website, the same is acceptable. I have since then made multiple communication with their consumer support and various team members namely, Mr Naresh, Miss Kririka, Mr Rehan and Mr. Dilshad regarding the refund of my hard earned money without any satisfactory response Below are the details of the invoices to the fees I paid for their services 1)International Job assistance :J[protected]: Amt INR 61, 500 2)Live Interview preparation&Dream job:J[protected]: Amt INR 10, 400 3) Profile maximizer(senior level)+Career Enhancer (Mid Level)+ Global Enhancer (india+international): J[protected]: Amt INR 20, 250 4)International Highlighter senior level :J[protected]:Amt INR 6150 5) Professional website middle levele: J[protected]: Amt INR 45450 Kindly assist me to get my hard earned money back for which i have not even activated their services nor had the verification done. I have already posted a complaint 3 weeks back but there has been not been any update or replies on the same over the past 2 weeks. I have also written multiple mails to their consumer support without a reply. I was initially assured of a refund 2 weeks ago but since then have had no update. Now I am forced to take a stern action against this organisation as I am in dire need o my hard earned money. Kindly look into this matter seriously and also update me i we can approach the cyber crime and consumer court with regards to the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thankfully I received my complete refund today.
