Jobishh.com — the service provided by jobishh employee is irrelevant and it has not been beneficial to me

Last week on 22nd july i have paid an amount of 9700 for criminal record verification for which there is no details provided. After 4 days i received a call to accept the agreement, which i have not done till now as the service has no relevance to me. Also, another reason being i have lost all the trust from the jobishh team guys.
Since, last 6 days i am continuously requesting for a call back from mr. Anup thakur/ mr. Shivam (Hod) or mr. Harsh mishra but to my bad none of them has given me a call back. Neither bothered to do so. It was informed to me to contact their customer care at [protected] to arrange a call back from the above mentioned people in case of any issues or queries but there has been no response.
After i paid for all the services required i am being neglected and feel cheated.
It was communicated to me that that there is a skype round scheduled on tuesday i. E 25h july for nestle for which i was about to go through criminal verification check. I have paid for that service but after that there is no response from anyone.
Since last week i have not heard back anything from the operation team people regarding the process on my resume or the interview.
I am completely aware that jobishh does not guarantee for any job but there was an assurance given from the above mention guys that they will help me for some good opportunities and my resume is being shortlisted by nestle and i need to go through some processes before the interviews.
I have invested my hard earned money for the criminal record verification service as it was required by client nestle before scheduling interview as stated by anup thakur (Operations team).
Today i understand that it was a completely false services offered and they are fooling the innocent people who are looking for some support for good job offers.
I also informed all the issues to mr. Naresh sharma (Floor manager jobishh) through mail but to my surprise he never replied to my concerns. And neither bothered to do so. That clearly shows the intentions of the jobishh company.
I would request you to kindly refund my amount back that i have invested.
I am unable to attach the conversation mails and or chats. But can be arranged incase of any proof required from my end.
