Jobs In Dubai — i'm complaining about the money taken from me and not responding to me

Hi..I have applied for jobs in dubai 7..8 mnths back...or account activation they told me to pay 95canadian $..I paid but did not got any revert...I mailed them to refund my money as they promised to refund the money in case u did not get job within 6 mnths...till day before yesterday they did not respond to my mail for refund...I got a call on Friday 26th April saying your cv is shortlisted by commercial bank of dubai n they are offering you regional manager position with 25000 diram as salary along with accommodation and trasport allowance...they will pay for your visa ticket and all...but before this they will verify your papers for verification you need to pay 85 canadian dollar. ..I paid that n now there is no response from their side...kindly help to get my money back..
