Dear Concern,
This is related to complaint against my profile activation in your jobsdhamaka.com, Firstly your representative(Deepika No. [protected]) done wrong communication about payments and they have not disclosed that i have to pay So and so Amount for different services, i told only of 1700 bugs for Registration and they have committed me that you don't have to pay any other amount and your job would be guaranteed in TATA Motors as a Area head with a handsome salary hike...
I have refused this things two time but again and again Deepika has called me for online payments and profile registration, but she called me in morning stated sir kindly register with us, again i have taken her concent that after paying this 1700 Amount its guaranteed that my job would be selected in Tata Motors, he committed to me and go through your side and i have completed registration part and done the payment of Rs. 2127/-, Then she told me that my senior manager(No. +[protected] and [protected]) would call you after some times and he would take you through ahead, He called me and gives me instruction and then now he forcefully told me to do verification part stated its TATA Motors requirement not him if you not do that payment of 5400/- your Registration would not get completed and you would not get ahead for recruitments i have made another payment of Rs. 5400/-, But after then he told me to do another payment of Rs. 7000/- for again some of your confirmation part, now i have told that representative i would not pay because in telephonic conversation nobody told me for these payments and all, and i dont want now your services kindly refund my Amount and i dont wanna purchase your another products and i dont have money also to do this transaction.then he threatened me that if you dont make this transaction then you will not get any services and you have not get any of your amount.
And he is behaving like he is owner of the company and no one can refund your payment once done its his word only, i asked for grievance and complaint help desk but he told me that he is Head HR manager, then i said that i would file Civil Suit or FIR for such kind of behavior, Fraud and for mental harassment, he told to me that do whatever you want it does not make any difference to him because he is working for jobsdhamaka.com and if case happened then company suffers i dont have any problem if you do case for me then i told him i would file FIR against you individual and i was trying to connect him with my Lawyer then he has disconnected phone and never turned up till now.
Then i called him on your No. +[protected], he gave me mail ID [protected]@jobsdhamaka.com to register complaint, I mailed them morning only and Vaishali(No. [protected]) has called me stating i am from complaints department i have stated my issues but i have not get any satisfactory revert till now.
He has not told me about cancellation within 24 hours policy of your which is mentioned in your invoice as well, its again non discloser of facts, However i have made cancellation request in morning to Account Manager at [protected]@voivoinfotech.com(Its within 5 Hours of Payment) Because i dont want any dispute in my Refund payments.
Now till now i have not received any communication for my payment cancellation as i have dropped reminder mail also to [protected]@voivoinfotech.com, and now i am fad up and again complaining for the same..
My issues are:
* I want my money back ASAP..
* i want an strong action against your representatives and i want and apologies also from company side because they have highlighted jobsdhamaka.com for fraud purpose.
* And i want that guy's full information who has ragistered me and make me to do forcefull and fraud payment and Rudely behavior also, I wanna do FIR or legal proceedings.
* i want an compensation against mental harassment i am going through for all this and i have vested my time and energy too.
I want above things and it would be earliest otherwise i would take leagal action for the same, one copy of this mail i also send to Consumer forum also.
