I registered with jobsearchnet.in for resume filling job. They tasked me 600 resumes to be filled in 7 days. I signed the agreement online from their portal. They sent me the link. After the agreement was signed . I have attached the agreement also. I started the work but I was unwell since 22.06.2021. For which I sent them email at [protected]@jobsearchnet.in. I mentioned that I will not be able to finish the work. I got no response except the autoresponder. Yesterday on 25.6.2021, the person who enrolled me sent me whatsapp message asking about the status of work, for which I mentioned in the chat that I am unwell and not been able to do the job. After which he started threatening me on the chat and thru whatsapp voice messages that I have to pay the charges else they will file legal case on me.
I searched on internet about this company and got to know that this is fraud company and trap the person and force them to pay them the money. Sir, they are threatening me for legal case and saying that I have to pay them 28000/- .
Subsequently I received threatening sms on 29.06.2021 from number [protected]
