Fake company they demanding for 500rupees otherwise we will out our proof to other companies...

Hello Sir,
I am filling complain on behalf of my nephew : Amit Agarwal against a fraud company "jobsearchnet.in". There is a person called from this company and made a false agreement with him to pay penalty of INR 5000 .

I know these are fraud people but what action we can take against them.

Please guide.

I registered with jobsearchnet.in for resume filling job. They tasked me 600 resumes to be filled in 7 days. I signed the agreement online from their portal. They sent me the link.
