Complaint against fraud job interview offer for extracting money.

The JobSeekers com employee Dinesh Nair and Prakash called me on 3rd & 4th of July and informed that they have been working on my CV taken from LinkedIn and have taken up with a few companies like Kirloskar Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Cubix Control and Forus LED in Delhi & NCR area. And that Kirloskar Electric has already shortlisted my CV for Interview and selection and that I must get myself registered with them immediately by paying an amount of Rs.6900/- to process it further. Then later on the same day Mr. Dinesh Nair called and informed that my candidature is already shortlisted and almost finalised and since the requirement is immediate to be finalised within next 3-4 days; the company has asked them to submit a profile verification report to them for which I need to pay to them Rs.10, 000/- which company would refund upon joining and they sent me an email confirmation also on 4th July.

However, post that date, there was no communication from them for almost 10 days and despite my repeated calls, Mr. Dinesh Nair, mobile [protected], did not take my call. Even when I called from other number, he picked my call and upon knowing that its me he disconnected the called and put his mobile on busy mode. Again after several tries when I called from another other, he picked up call again knowing that its me, he gave phone to Mr. Prakash and he put me on hold for over 3 minutes and then disconnected the call.

Upon again trying upon JobSeekers.com numbers, I could connect with one Mr. Rajeev, mobile [protected], whom Mr. Dinesh Nair reports to. Mr. Rajeev told me that he was totally unaware of any of my job opening details from Mr. Dinesh Nair and also admitted that he has several complaints against Mr. Nair for similar cases and would take up the matter with their management; and whatever amount I have paid would be refunded.

However, upon my again calling Mr. Rajeev today morning he also gone back on his words and said that they can not refund the money and can try to line up some interviews for me in future.

This is totally a fraud case and my request to the Police department to look into the matter as they might be doing similar frauds with others as well.

Look forward to your serious investigation in the matter.
