I got a call from a lady first from a landline no #[protected] and she said that she has some job ready for me and made me speak with her supervisor vikrant who was sounding like and absolute fraud trying to make money out by making fool out of desperate job seekers. He asked me to submit rs 4000/- online and then he will fix direct interviews for me, while i started cross questioning about the process and there authenticity etc, fearing that he will be caught and he was getting answer less, he disconnected the call and you cannot call them back now. Somebody from the hrd ministry should take these kind of frauds to task by investigating in detail and put them behind bars.

As part of availing jobswent services, i had to make a payment of rs.4130 towards registration on 03rd may 2018. I received a 'transaction failed' message on both the attempts i made. However, on the 2nd attempt, the representative - mr. Bharat who was assisting me on the call, confirmed that they have received the payment on my 2nd attempt. But the amount had got deducted from my bank account on both the instances. When i informed of the same to mr. Bharat, he assured me that i will be refunded if they have received an excess payment within 24 hours. I waited till 07th may and since i didn't receive the refund of rs. 4130, i mailed them at [protected]@jobswent.com & [protected]@jobswent.com reminding them of the refund. They responded to me the same day mentioning they would revert within 72 hrs. I haven't received their response or the refund even after sending another reminder on 09th may.
Submitting a complaint here in anticipation of my refund from jobswent sooner.

Jobswent.com is a fraudulent employment agency. Their registration process is designed in a way to lure the customers into buying their services by making false commitments of guaranteed interviews, in the name of hidden job opportunities not availabile in the market.

The terms and conditions are shared as part of the invoice copy, after 24 hours of purchase. All the points specified in the terms and conditions are contradictory to the statements made by their sales representatives at the time of purchase, and they refuse to take responsibility for the commitments made by their own staff members.in fact it is shocking that they themselves will call you to warn against any correspondence with their own staff.

Their refund policy is shared as part of the invoice terms, after 24 hours, which specifies that the customer can avail refund within 24 hours of purchase at a nominal deduction of 20%. However they have designed their process such that, invoice is shared after 24 hours, which doesn't leave any scope for the customer to avail the refund!!

It is almost impossible to reach them on their customer support numbers - [protected]/ [protected]. The staff who answers these numbers is not positioned to direct the call to the concerned people for resolution of complaints nor can he/she provide any resolution. The only response you get is, that a mail has been sent to the concerned department, however their is no revert back for providing resolution. Same goes for their support email id - [protected]@jobswent.com

I have been repeatedly following up with them on their support numbers and email id, over the last 10 days regarding the status of my refund which was guaranteed over mail. However there is absolutely no response from their side.

It's important to sensitise everyone against such money racketeering companies and also take appropriate legal action to protect the interests of customers.

Jobswent is a fraud company. my name is hemant . ye company mujhse sst services india pvt ltd ke account me total 4 lakh rupye le chuki h. this company is totally fraud, muje promise kiya tha ki muje dubai ki emirates company me job dilaenge but aaj 2 months hogye or aaj tk mai unse apna refund maang rha hu lekin vo koi response nhi de rhe hai. maine ab soch liya hai inse ab refund nhi chahiye. ab aaj maine FIR kr di h, ab is company ko band hi krwa k rhunga. these guys dont know ki fraud krne ka anjaam kya hota h.. i am advising everyone not to attend any call from jobswent. ye phle call krke bolte hai ki job dilaenge aap paise dedo, fir visa ke naam pe pse mangte hai fir phone switch off krlete hai. i ll ### u mother###ers, you scoundrel, i will ### each one of you, just wait, police is coming searching you, once caught they will tear away your ###.

I have faced some fraud activity from jobswent.
Mr. Priyanshu bharatdwaj, mr. Sashi ranjan and mr. Kedarnath pandey called me and asked payment for various criteria.
He also told this is urgent opening if i pay then he can process farther and the amount which i paid all are refundable.
Then i received some opportunity mail from jobswent but all the company is either closed or yet to be close their business. For some company i would like to show my interest but from then no reply i have received yet.
I have paid total rs.166000 for the same. I have all the voice recording and transaction details for the same. Now if i called their representative they also not received my calls. I also called their land line number and each time they told that they received my complain and their representative call me shortly but till no response i have received yet.
Now i want to back my total money.

I have cheated by this company for the worth of rs. 75, 000. A person named aman called me and created trust by initiating rs 7000 of registration fee and gradually reached up to rs. 75, 000. He did mentioned that employer named komatsu reviewed my resume and full filling all the requirements and a formal interview will be conducted. The amount they charged me increased at each step gradually. With fear of losing the earlier paid amount, i have started paying next amounts they asked me for and finally its reached up to rs. 75k. No response after i have paid the amount. His name is aman and his mobile number is [protected]. He sent message to from this number. I have paid using credit card. Proof of my credit card statement is available. Please help us in recovering this loss. The company is originally registered under the name of sst services india private limited.

I believed it without checking their credentials. I was asked to pay the Registration fees and Top Management position fee Afterwards, I was contacted by Ms. Divya[protected] from operations and asked me to pay for BGV check fee on 16th Jan-18 as companies are insisting for this. Though I was hesitant earlier, then I paid Rs.26K towards BGV check fee. In total, I have paid Rs.68k within two days. But, I did not get any symptoms for arranging the calls, I got suspicious. I have decided to get back my money and sent a mail on 20th Jan-18 (within 5 days of my interaction with them) and following up this matter of refund till now. They are still looking into matter. Despite sending repeated mails to the [protected]@jobswent.com, I got only one response on 20th Jan-18 stating that my refund query has been sent to the concerned department and waiting for their response. It is almost 2 weeks are over since I have asked for my refund. But, till now no call back from them or mail on my refund status. I have been making a daily call to the following numbers viz.[protected]/[protected]. The customer representatives are giving the same answers and of late disconnecting my calls without having professional decency. They are NOT ready to connect me to concerned team also to know about my refund status

So, Job seekers, Pls. be aware of this fraud company and don't get into any conversation. Their website will not have their office location address and management structure.

I already registered in the grievance cell and intimated about this fraud company, since they are having many branches in haryana, when we call for further activity nobody is there on the name which they called, this company has to closed immediately, to save many candidates.

I have paid rs =30000 /- for confirm vacancy abroad but they all are fake 3 months gone and there is no response. I have spoken to akshay & abhilash shrivastava which i think are fake names and they have cheated with me. Now they are not availiable on phone and website number is not responding. Once it got connected and they said we cant commit for jobs you can read terms and conditions. They have taken my amount through paytm. Please dont give single rupee to them they are completely fake and they got my details from shine.com where they have registered. Address is also fake of faridabad.

They have collected amount from me rs 34000/- stating they provide job & job opportunity it's been more than 3 months they have not done anything.

The number they have give is all incoming calls bared & few numbers are not reachable, even if it is ringing no one will answer the call nor replay to my emails.

By any luck they receive they say your query will be transferred to respective team.

Sst services india private limited /jobswent.com seems to be a full fraud consultant company. A group of frauds are sitting there.

Mr. Raju srivastav told that he is relationship manger & mr. Abhishek gupta told he is senior head of the company. Both called me & assured job in middle east or gulf. Called me from following phone no.

Till now no interview arranged for me, before taking money i was promised for job offer but it seems to be totally fake. More over no mobile no. Of any concern person is available. I contacted their only available desk no & also mailed the issue multiple times but of no use.

It is a gurgaon based company, no office address is available in their website also. More over no mobile no. Of any concern person is available or given. I have been cheated. Need to arrest all culprits & stop cheating people further.

Please be aware of this company - jobswent.com. This is a fraud company and dont fall in to the trap as they will ask for[protected] rs for registration and they will promise you that there are openings in companies like parle, nestle and others and will assure you that they will arrange for the interview

They have called me and have said the same thing.

Please all freshers ; pls stay away from these people as they are creating a bad name for genuine recruiting companies.

The persons here are well trained to cheat the job seekers. I was trapped for 21, 000//, but nothing has done yet now, already my file is moved to grievence cell and a police complaint, they will not give any mobile numbers but there is frequent change of persons, hope i will land up with better solution. Please take precaution with these cheaters & looters jobswent

I would like to complaint about this website as they asked for money for their service which is they didnot informed me before when i refused to pay the same they said to me that the registration money is non refundable and told me that u can forget your money.

I have the call record between me and the people if they didn't return the money with 3 days i will go to the cyber cell with proof to sent them behind bars for fraudulent activities.

These people are like a mafia and someone makes a call and forces us to open the net direct us to make payment first while saying that they provide numerous job opportunities. Once you make payment of 8260/-, they will ask us to go for another link and pay 11800/-. Once that is over they will ask money to pay for certificate verification. Finally, this chain continues until we believe them. But finally, nothing happens except losing our money. These kinds of people should be arrested. Although they are posing that they are not cheaters by giving so-called replies, it is all to continue their cheating. It is a fake for sure. Please do not register are get tempted with these fellows.

Www.jobswent.com is a fraud company. They contacted me on their own promising senior position jobs with reputed companies. They made me pay rs. 30, 000 under various heads. Its been 7 months and not a single job has been shared by them till date. Today, they called me again asking for payment of rs. 23600 to which i flatly refused and cut the call. They have been harassing me by calling constantly. This seems to be a big fraud and cheating racket.

This is a purely fraud company, just giving call as showing so many huge opportunity in abroad and national. They will ask first to transfer the amount in their web portal for registration and relationship manager and avoiding your call and warning to block your account once the amount transferred to their account.. They will not refund your amount and making misbehavior over phone.

I got a call for having opportunity in dubai and conveyance me to deposit rs. 8400/- and played with me.in the begnning i did not understand their approch but gradually i have understood it is a fraud company and bracnh office at delhi where one of the educated chief manager across the india. And this type of fraud happened in delhi itself. It is a questionnaire for delhi administration.

Administration and police must look into the matter for stopping all these fraud activities.

This company is fraud, getting so many calls just asking money nothing else, their actual address is spaze it park building, sohna road, haryana, i've also got so many calls after registering in shine.com also in naukri portal, they are buying our numbers from them and looting us.
I've tracked the numbers from sources as they are delhi ncr numbers.
Cbi should check from the authorities of spaze it park building how many offices they have, sst services and jobswent are the same, all are frauds, government should drag these fraud people and put them bahind bars. I'm also trying to call the authorities and get some information.
Police will definately take action.
