[Resolved]  Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam — change of electric meter

My house is 340, Ashapurna velly Jhalamand bypass Jodhpur .Our meter display is not working. for which I have filed a complaint for change of meter in march 2013. in spite of reminding 3-4 times the meter is not changed. I am continuing paying more amount of bill because their is very less consumption of electricity. Please change the meter as soon as possible and make correction in electricity bill also . The amount which I have paid in excess from April 2013 should be adjusted in next bills

I was paying bill and the website is not opening after 5 pm i am trying but it is not opening
