We have several time complaint via telephone and personally to the representative of jvvnl. But no response from last 3 days. We don't have electricity connection. Why these people are not serious about customers problem, in case we didn't pay the bill they will immediately came and disconnect the connection but while we are complaining for their services they don't bother to solve for long time.
