Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] — Excess bill amount than usual

we have received a electricity bill for the month of june & july 2021. Which amounts to 5144.My customer no is[protected] .If we look at previous 2 years bill we received, we never got bill of more than 3000 rs. Whereas here we got bill above 5000. Please help me in resolving this issue.
