Dear sir,
I want to register a complain about my electricity meter that our meter is not working but still we are receiving sms to pay the bill for that even our house is locked since last 5-6 years.
My connection no.- k[protected]
Account no. - 2114/0310
Name - rugha ram s/o pema ram
Address - village dudor, tehsil mardwar jn, distt.-pali (Rj)

So, its a request to you please replace our old meter with new meter so that we can receive the actual bill.
