I purchase this plot from vinod kumar s/o ranchander in 1984 and till now connection is the name of vinod kumar now i want to take new connection on my name. But inh the bijli board they dont give a satisfaction reply alwayd say subah aao shyam ko aao. Plssolve my problem and give me a new conection

One month in a year but my minimum meter charge 400 Rs but other familiar person meter charge paid only 200 Rs and they use it regularly. Why it so with me sir
