[Resolved]  Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] — Online bill paid but not received any confirmation

I have paid my electricity bill using the link quick pay on the website jdvvnl.com whose platform is billdesk . my account get debited but I did not received any confirmation mail on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and on checking its status my bill is still unpaid and amount is not credited to my account.
k no for which I have paid the bill is[protected] vpo-lalgarh, teh bidasar, aen office tehandesar distt churu bill amount 508 and ref no is ESBJ[protected]IG0BAXWJR2 so kindly look into matter and do needfull and my contact detail is [protected]@gmail.com

Our residence is in 25 sector, chopasni housing board. There is some technical problem as we are having electric shocks in our taps. Please try to cure it as soon as possible.

I have paid my electricity bill using the HDFC net banking by BHARAT BILL PAY, my account get debited but I didnot received any confirmation mail on my email([protected]@gmail.com)and M.NO. [protected] on checking its status my bill is still unpaid and amount is not credited to my account.

I have made online payment of electricity bill of Rs 6135 on 26th aug using HDFC internet banking.

Payment us deducted from my account and bank also confirmed its srnd to electricity board but amount is still due.
