Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited [JDVVNL] — Supply two phase only

Complaint no 8698, 8748, 8953 for one phase missing have been closed without rectification. Yellow phase and Blue phase are connected to same line. Hence my Solar system is not working for last three days showing grid under voltage.
Pl correct the three phase supply.
