I am facing two issues since ages and local support is not helpful.I have requested many time to change my name from Dharam Singh to Umed Singh.My K no is[protected]...also want to share that we are really dumped with heavy bill as our 100-150 units but every time out bill came with haflty bill consuming units more than 300.
Pls resolve these two chronical issues are o[censored]s.
