Jodhpuri Furniture — UnProfessional and Unethical attitude

On 21st July 2021, we booked Book-shelf (Std product with Honey-colour finishing) for my daughter from JP Nagar Bangalore. We paid 60% advance and got the commitment that the Product will be delivered within 30days.
We waited for 45 days before doing the first follow-up. Got response like the product is in Transit. And will be delivered with 1 week for sure. (This was by Mr. Suraj Lal (Store Manager) and Mr. Raja
Even after waiting for 2 more weeks, nothing happened so we went to the store, there we came to know that the order itself has not gone.
So we asked for a refund. No response for the same.
I tried calling
Mr. Aayush (Jodhpuri Furniture Owner), who does not pick up his phone.
Mr. Rupesh, who always gives false Promises.
Mr. Suraj Lal, never calls you back after seeing your number
Mr. Deva, always repeat your story and then he says "We'll check again".
Mr. Raja, no powers to do anything.

After calling multiple times, requesting, blasting they gave me a refund in November. That also when my wife called then from a different number and again blasted.

Moral:
Since they don't have any production factory and workers in Rajasthan, they are delaying the product deliveries and then not giving refunds.
So DO NOT BUY any products and if you still want to then DO NOT GIVE any Advance money.
