Delayed and missing furniture

A Large order placed on 1st week of April 2022 with promise by Jodhpuri Furniture HRBR Layout of having it delivered by 2 months..after multiple promises when the consignment arrives at their showroom after 3 months, it has unpolished sections, damaged sections, and shockingly missing Furniture, which they are not able to trace..Mr Ayush Agarwal MD of the company non responsive and Mr Kedar who is from Jodhpur is the most unprofessional and...

I placed a order placed for Feltro SOFA on 3rd May 2022 and initial promised made by them it will be delivered within 25 days or before.
Thereafter many dates were given by them but the product is not delivered yet, and they are least bother to keep there promises.
2nd date was mentioned 5th June 2022
3rd date 8th June 2022
4th 10th June 2022
5th date 13th June 2022 and till now no product received

Poor service by Jodhpuri Furniture and they are least bother to listen customer queries after the order with initial deposit for item.

I spoke to thier manager who's name Mr Aayush Agarwal for first complaint but there after he never come on call and he is not useful to listen customers queries and if you messaged or email also least bother to call back or reply to your email with justification.

Mr Rajiv who took my order and took initial deposit of 25 thousand and gives false information about delivery and date of delivery keeps on changing.

Guys pls be careful before purchasing anything from Jodhpuri Furniture Shop for future reference.

    On 21st July 2021, we booked Book-shelf (Std product with Honey-colour finishing) for my daughter from JP Nagar Bangalore. We paid 60% advance and got the commitment that the Product will be delivered within 30days.
    We waited for 45 days before doing the first follow-up. Got response like the product is in Transit. And will be delivered with 1 week for sure. (This was by Mr. Suraj Lal (Store Manager) and Mr. Raja
    Even after waiting for 2 more weeks, nothing happened so we went to the store, there we came to know that the order itself has not gone.
    So we asked for a refund. No response for the same.
    I tried calling
    Mr. Aayush (Jodhpuri Furniture Owner), who does not pick up his phone.
    Mr. Rupesh, who always gives false Promises.
    Mr. Suraj Lal, never calls you back after seeing your number
    Mr. Deva, always repeat your story and then he says "We'll check again".
    Mr. Raja, no powers to do anything.

    After calling multiple times, requesting, blasting they gave me a refund in November. That also when my wife called then from a different number and again blasted.

    Moral:
    Since they don't have any production factory and workers in Rajasthan, they are delaying the product deliveries and then not giving refunds.
    So DO NOT BUY any products and if you still want to then DO NOT GIVE any Advance money.
