John Deere India — 5050e clutch warranty problem

I have buy this tractor 5050e in 2016. It's clutch has no more use left. Dealer has said me that clutch has no warranty. But any tractor has warranty for three years as per company advertisement. So i want to know that why i can't get it in warranty period as per dealer. Please call me sir for getting information related that i share in social media.
