John Deere India — company officials violating competition act in the name of company policy

John deere company officials are forcing me to buy a john deere 3036 en from a specific dealer only, even though the order was placed with another dealer who is more convenient for me to visit and from whom i buy my spares regularly. This is sheer violation of the competiton act, 2002. The company officials including the zonal head and the territorial manager o[censored]ttarakhand area are also deliberately forcing me to buy the tractor from a specified dealer who has been quoting
Higher price and they have also been lying to me about the status of my order. The other dealer is also superceding my order to delay my delivery. This is affecting the situation of my crop intensely. I have twice been told by the tm mr. Gupta that my tractor is on the way, to be told later that the tractor is still to be manufactured. As i have already paid the booking amount i am not in a situation to buy another company's product. This delay is causing great financial loss to me and is a constant cause for mental pressure.
