We have couriered a urgent documents for Dumka district Jharkhand on dated 11-6-16 but courier not received till date. Consignment tracking report showing status Arrived At Destination in 15-6-16. This courier necessary to reach urgent.

So, pls. solve my problem

I Purches a tractor 5041 in 2014 from sikar agency but in this tractor have a big problem in lift system. i went sikar agency for this problem but they no solution and no response i go manytime in sikar agency but they do not soulation this problem . so please soulation this problem.
