John Deere India — pf not beneficial

My pf status not clear from 2year november 2015 to 12september2017.
Two time pf claim by me but not provided my pf by pf office.
1. Fist time pf claim on november2015.
Paymaint under process by cheque but cheque not come to me.
2. Second time pf claim on september 2017. But pf application is rejected because pf status is a already cleared.
So please help me

मेरा नाम रविन्द्र सिन्ह है कान्नौज यू .पी .का निवासी हूँ, मैने oct में trecter लियाथा morning में start ही नहीं हो raha है मैने डीलर को भी 5 से 6 बार फ़ोन से बताया लेकिनवो नहीं आया
