John Deere India — Service complaint, way of behavior very bad | |||
Dear sir/Madam, Greetings from valuable customer With reference to the procurement of JD tractor 5210 gear pro (chassis no-1VY5210ETMA002251) on 26april 2021 through TRR Tractors & Harvesters bye pass road, periyar nagar, ponneri, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore, Tamilnadu -606001 as authorized dealer for JD. During dispatch is not taken place in right manner it is delivered around 21:30 either we didn’t understand factory test & pre-dispatch function test are carried out or not due to after delivery we found inadequate coolant level after that we procure refill the same 2.During our first land preparation starting time the breaks are got jammed & Hydralics not functioning it is totally disappointed to us.we conveyed the same to service team but unfortunately we didn’t get proper support and service manager threatened us service will be taken place after 24 hrs of complaint register after two three days it will be rectify. We understand the pandemic situation however it is the responsibility of Johndeere to support the customer to overcome the issue in right manner. Note: The equipment full function & pre & post checks & performance demonstration to be provide along with technical person for better understanding about the equipment.They got signature from without full filling the same.
