John Deere India — tractor loan contract no 44092

Dear sir,
I am siddaramaiah h. M., had availed tractor loan vide no. 44092 dated 26.10.2017 for a sum of rs. 2.50 lakhs and i have cleared the loan as per details given below. The last instalment was due on 26.7.2019 but i have pre-closed the loan on 15.05.2019 itself vide neft ref no. P[protected] for rs. 37, 334/-. Since then, i am in touch with mr. Shankar (Mob no. [protected]) of your tumkur regional office and requesting for noc. I am calling this gentleman on daily basis and regret to say that he is dodging me and not favouring me with the issue of noc. I would be highly grateful if you could please look into the matter and arrange to issue the noc at the earliest.
I appreciate any financier when lending the loan must take care of their customers and any delay or harasement/dodging in meeting the demands of the customers will not think of taking the loan /dealing with such financiers.
