John Deere India — Tractor no. Plate series not received.

I, bansi lal mewara purchased a tractor from showroom-"ramesware tractors and motors, rani, district-pali, rajasthan". The series no of my tractor is ivy5050dcka025688. My complaint is that since 3 months i have been requesting the said showroom to hand over the number plate series but i have not received any response from the showroom. It's been difficult for me to call him again and again and urge him to send the number plate series. And because i have not received number plate series, i am not even able to get the rc number.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
