John Deere India — W70 AC and Glass

My father, who is the owner of three 5310 vehicles, was happy with their performance and purchased a W70 Synchro Smart AC last 29th September 2020.
Within 3 days AC was not working and we complained about the same. Your technician visited the site and informed you that there is some manufacturing defect because of which a bolt broke and the pipes got scattered. They resolved the issue and while tightening the screws they broke the windshield.
It has been 10 months since this has happened and you have not replaced the glass.
In March we again complained about the AC. It was not working at all from March due to which we have stopped our work. We have followed up on this issue multiple times with the service center and there is no response at all from the service center.

It has been a week since I've raised a ticket. No one has reached out to me.
