I ordered eyeglasses from www.johnjacobseyewear.com on 17th july. I paid for the order, and they gave me an order-id 35010313. After a few days when i reach customer care executives via their email address, they were unable to locate my order. When i called their customer care executive on 22nd july, they assured me that the order would be shipped on the very next day. When i again reach them on 26th july, they said my order is delayed, and they haven't yet shipped my order. When i ask them to refund money and cancel the order, they ask me to wait for their call. Interestingly when i log in to their web portal using my phone number, it is not showing any order. I would be really grateful if consumer complaints can help me with this.
